Vulcan’s 2024 Annual Meeting will be a hybrid meeting, allowing shareholders to attend in person or virtually via an online portal.

Even if you plan to attend the Annual Meeting, we encourage you to submit a directed proxy vote prior to the Annual Meeting so that your vote will be counted, if for any reason you cannot vote on the day.  

Shareholders are also encouraged to submit written questions in advance of the Annual Meeting.  See the Notice of Annual Meeting (when available) for how to submit questions.
